There is a small typo in tests/bandwidth-client.c.

Should read `response` rather than `reponse`.

This replaces the lengthy license text headers with a short
and standardized license tag. See http://spdx.org for details.

This is useful e.g. for license compliance tools which scan
through files and generate a report of the licenses used
in a project.

It's strongly recommended to update your libmodbus library if you
use it in a slave/server application in a not trusted environment.

Debian package of libmodbus 3.0.4 already contains a patch to
mitigate the exploit but the patch isn't as strong than this one.

The function name was confusing because the write operation is performed
before the read. Take care to swap the arguments in the migration process.

These new functions seem clearer than the recent modbus_receive_from
function IHMO. This change fixes the bandwidth-server-many-up program.

These functions have no meaning in RTU so it's better to specialize
the names and remove them from the backend.

- remove the functions from the backend
- update tests to handle RTU mode (master and slave)
- add command line options to tests (rtu or tcp)
