"The version check is checking the KT version not the database version"
Fixed. The database version is now used. These values are normaly the same. We were starting to have more situations (especially with the CI environment) where a code version change would not mean a database version change. Now we can update the code version without it breaking the login version check.

allowAnonymousUser has a default set to false

session verification failures are now translateable.

risky commit- changed defaults variable names and almost got it work from the system_settings table- having some bootstrap problems.  anyway, i've just tagged the sources as DMS_22022003_BEFORE_DEFAULTS_CHANGE and will tag again after the change and i know you guys never read these commit messages but i always have hope, the post defaults change tag is DMS_22022003_AFTER_DEFAULTS_CHANGE
