Also add meldOptions, which simplifies the common case of wanting to
merge two arrays that might not be arrays (yet).

rid of all non-portable insert_id calls and introduces portable
sequences.

You must run the commands in sql/mysql/upgrade/1.2.4-to-1.2.5.sql for
KnowledgeTree to function on your data.
