"Disabled plugins still load"
Fixed. Used a debug trace to find which plugin is adding a location and get the plugin namespace, so that the location can be linked to the plugin and not loaded when its been disabled.

"Files linked to Tags containing backslashes in its name ( \ ) are not found when the tag is navigated from the Dashboard."
Fixed. The backslash has to be escaped twice when using "LIKE", changed it to use a direct comparison "="
