Fixed. Added a new util function for exec on windows, that iterates through the execute functions till one works.

- old fulltext is also cleared out, so that all words don't rapidly become stopwords.
- pdf, ps and plain text indexers added.
- search portlet doesn't use a non-rootUrl relative url.
