"Extending subscription to subfolders"
Fixed. Added a DB column to indicate that subfolders should be included. Refactored the way subscribing worked to use ajax.

- considering adding all lookup fields, though that might get a little too "busy".
- does not incorporate the category version yet, since it will need to have an upgrade from
  freetext to lookup.

- old fulltext is also cleared out, so that all words don't rapidly become stopwords.
- pdf, ps and plain text indexers added.
