Fixed. Added upgrade function to copy config values from config.ini to the database table.

Fixed. Now can now deal with the auto inc on the tables. dbutil is bypassing peardb for the id, but will be rectified in 3.6.

array_merge directly on PHP4, but convert each parameter to an array
when on PHP5.
