Fixed. Added a new util function for exec on windows, that iterates through the execute functions till one works.

Fixed. Added option to force the windows script shell file to wait till the command finishes. Changed the add to not use ktfsfilelike.

Fixed. Moved the line to prepend "start " to the command into the call to popen.
