The Browse by ... menu in the Browse Documents tab allows you to select a 'browse mode' for navigating the document management system.

KnowledgeTree's default 'browse mode' is browse by Folder.

<h3>Browse Modes</h3>
<ul>
<li>Folder - allows you to browse the folder through the folder hierarchy</li>
<li>Document Type - allows you to filter content to browse only documents of a selected document type.</li>
<li>Lookup Value - allows you to filter content to browse only documents that contain a selected lookup value. </li>
