Rename property & function for background image of Control 

Update for following changes in dali-toolkit:
Control::Property::BACKGROUND -> Control::Property::BACKGROUND_IMAGE
Control::SetBackground()      -> Control::SetBackgroundImage()
"background"                  -> "background-image"
