OpenSystemsDevelopment / qpdf

Run this:

for i in  **/*.cc **/*.c **/*.h **/*.hh; do
  clang-format < $i >| $i.new && mv $i.new $i
done

JSON serialization was preserving the value as presented, but JSON
doesn't accept decimal values without a 0 before the decimal point.

Add virtual methods to QPDFObject, wrappers to QPDFObjectHandle, and
implementations to all the QPDF_Object types.
